  • GATOR WINGS
  • 4lbs. Fresh Chicken Wings
  • 4 oz. Gator Sprinkle
  • 4 oz. Gator Sauce
  • Cut wings into 3 pieces, discarding tip ends. (You can save tips to make broth for soups or gravy.) Take the desired pieces and season both sides with Gator Sprinkle. For best results refrigerate at least 24 hours or more before cooking. Place wings on a baking pan, bake for 20 minutes at 400 deg. then reduce heat to 350 deg. for remaining 20 minutes or until tender. For deep frying, cook 5 minutes at 350 deg. After cooking, place wings into a large bowl and pour Gator Sauce over wings. Cover bowl, shake will a few seconds, then serve.
  • GATORTAIL SAUCE
  • 2 cups Ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp. Gator Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Horseradish Sauce
  • 2 Tsp. Key Lime juice
  • Mix all ingredients and let chill for three hours. Serve with shrimp, oysters and other seafood, and of course. . . fried gator tail.
  • BULL GATOR BURGERS
  • 3 lbs. Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 ozs. Gator Sprinkle
  • 8 ozs. Shredded Cheese
  • 16 ozs. Bull Gator
  • Form ground beef into 24 - 2 oz burgers. Lightly season both sides with Gator Sprinkle. Cook in greased skillet 2-3 minutes on medium. Pour 1/2 of Bull Gator on burgers, flip over and pour other half, cook until done. Serve on dinner rolls - add cheese if desired!
  • BIG BOB'S CRAB SPREAD
  • 1 Cup Ketchup
  • 6 oz. Crabmeat
  • 3 tbsp. Horseradish
  • 4 Scallions
  • 1 Chopped Garlic Clove
  • 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 3 tsp. Gator Sauce
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Mix ketchup and horseradish in large mixing bowl. Add chopped scallions, garlic, lemon juice, and Gator Sauce; mix well. Add crabmeat, then chill at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, pour mixture over cream cheese block and serve with Ritz crackers or anything.
  • PORK & QUE
  • 5 lbs. Pork Loin
  • 4 oz. Gator Sprinkle
  • 20 oz. Gator Que
  • Cut pork loin to desired size for pot. Add water and Gator Sprinkle. Boil for approximately three hours or until the pork will fall off the bone easily. Pull all meat off bones - add desired amount of Gator Que. Serve on bread or buns. Makes 12 - 16 sandwiches.
  • BAKED BEANS
  • 1 #10 Can Pork & Beans
  • 1 Large Bell Pepper
  • 2 Jalapeno Peppers
  • 2 Medium Onions
  • 4 oz. Gator Sauce
  • 1 lb. Brown Sugar
  • 10 oz. Bull Gator
  • 1 lb. Smoked Bacon
  • Cut bacon into small pieces. Chop onions & peppers. Saute in skillet for 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a large baking pan. Bake at 375 deg. for 1 hour, reduce to 325 deg. and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
